Artory is a blockchain technology company whose product specializes in collection management for artworks. Through this digital collection, collectors are able to secure their purchases and verify provenance through blockchain technology. Artory’s product line includes three platforms; the first is a public search database comprised of over millions of artworks. The second is a customer facing product which is the collector’s interface, where art collectors can add their artworks to Artory and secure their artworks through blockchain. The final product is the partner dashboard which is where auction houses and galleries verify Collector’s artworks and add these artworks to the search database.
Always trying to improve our customer experience, Artory wanted to launch a variety of new features for the collector interface. The collector's interface is currently undergoing a redesign to include: analytics on owned artworks as well as market value trends for certain artists, a user feed that showcases new artworks of intrest and third party service integration for insurance and financial asset evaluation.
Our main goal at Artory is to retain our Collectors and gain more artwork registrations through Collector onboarding. In order to optimize this funnel, we have gone through a larger onboarding redesign. To simplify the amount of information needed to add an artwork into the Collector’s profile as well as strategically educate collectors on the benefits of registering artworks through blockchain technology. In this redesign, our team wanted to introduce more illustrative style to help create a friendlier brand presence and communicate steps through larger visuals.

In tandem with our Collector Interface redesign, our team has began a redesign of the Partner Dashboard to mirror the same branding and product experience. The newest features for the dashboard include an easier approval process for collector artworks requests, a streamlined messaging system and a tutorial hub to house videos and guides for a bulkier support center.
